Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact support within 7 days.
One‑time Purchases
For one‑time purchases (if any), refund requests are considered within 7 days of purchase provided the product has not been abused and is in line with our fair use terms.
